Longi Kite

The Longi Kite is a paper dragon kite Shen Gong Wu that is placed on one's back. It allows the user to fly. Unlike the Wings of Tinabi, the user has total control over their flight, making it a very useful Shen Gong Wu, albeit being rarely used.
