The Monarch Wings is a Shen Gong Wu that is like the wings of a monarch butterfly. It's practical use is unknown, but it is said that if they were obtained by Sibini, he would become invincible. Kimiko Tohomiko uses them to seal the Mosaic Scale once Sibini is trapped inside.
