So, are we going to use the episodes as references? Can we reference other wikis? Malys88 22:59, 13 October 2008 (UTC)

Referencing the episodes is good. They're reliable and show that we are presenting factual content and not making up our own theories. Referencing a wiki is not really a good idea because wikis can be contributed to by anyone so they generally aren't reliable. I had planned to make some citation templates at some point, including a cite episode template, but haven't had the time. Jay32183 07:33, 14 October 2008 (UTC)
Thanks for the prompt answer. I understand that other wikis are not that reliable, but sometimes they are the only thing to reference (see Gigi's character), especially when there are no commentaries or interviews about certain topics. So, until better references are found, may references to other wikis be allowed pending proof or dis-proof? Malys88 20:56, 14 October 2008 (UTC)
Generally, you don't want to add information then go get the source, meaning having the source available not listing it, it's OK to list your sources later as long as you have them. If there isn't a reliable source it seems like we're making things up, or repeating made up things. The information could very well be true, we just have no way to check. I hope that makes things clearer. Jay32183 06:44, 15 October 2008 (UTC)
